  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?
    Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
  • What should I do if I damage equipment or property at the gym?
    Members are responsible for any damages they cause. Please report any damage to a staff member immediately so we can address it promptly. Members will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacements.
  • What safety measures are in place to prevent injuries?
    We ensure all equipment is well-maintained and provide guidance on proper usage. Our trainers are also available to assist with technique and form to help prevent injuries.
  • What happens if I miss a scheduled class?
    If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will automatically be deducted from the Client's prepaid sessions.
  • What is the policy on class cancellations and rescheduling?
    Clients must provide at least 24/48 hours notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24/48 hours notice will result in the session being deducted from the Client's prepaid sessions.
